2. How do I book a service?
You can book online through our website by selecting your service, choosing a date and time, and completing the checkout. Alternatively, you can call us at +971 4 123 4567 or send a message to info@verdantlocal.ae. We aim to confirm all bookings within one hour during business hours.
3. How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the service type, property size, and any extras. We provide upfront fixed pricing for standard services — no hidden fees. For complex projects or commercial contracts, we send a detailed quote before work begins.
4. Do I need to provide cleaning materials or equipment?
No. Our teams bring all professional-grade tools, materials, and products. If you prefer eco-friendly or allergen-free products, let us know when booking and we will accommodate where possible.
5. Are your technicians background checked?
Yes. Every professional undergoes background screening, identity verification, and a technical skills assessment before their first assignment. We carry out periodic re-evaluations to maintain standards. Your safety is our top priority.
6. What is your satisfaction guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed service, contact us within 24 hours of the visit. We will arrange a free re-service to correct any issues at no additional cost. For cleaning services, our guarantee window extends to 48 hours. We stand behind every job our professionals complete.
7. Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before the appointment at no charge. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice may incur a small fee. To reschedule, log into your account, call our support line, or reply to your confirmation email.
8. Do you offer recurring service packages?
Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning packages at discounted rates with priority scheduling and a dedicated regular cleaner where possible. Ask about package pricing when you book.
